Frontier Air Announces Fifth Annual Winter White Sale
Frontier Airlines announced its fifth annual Winter White Sale offering deeply discounted fares
to all destinations throughout its route system. The sale also applies to select cities served by Frontier codeshare partners Great Lakes Aviation and Mesa Air Group, operating as Frontier JetExpress. Tickets must be purchased by midnight (EST) on Dec. 19, 2001 for travel from Jan. 3, 2002 through midnight (MDT) on May 22, 2002.
Fares start as low as $69 one-way, based on a round-trip purchase, for travel from Denver to Albuquerque. Additional sample fares include travel to/from Denver and the white powder slopes near Salt Lake City for $79, Reno/Lake Tahoe for $89 or Seattle for $99. Customers who prefer white sandy beaches can travel to/from Denver to Los Angeles or San Diego for $99, or Frontier's newest destination, Fort Lauderdale, for $119 (service begins Feb. 26, 2002). Fares listed are for travel one-way, based on round-trip purchase.
An additional 1,000 EarlyReturns bonus miles are all available on all Winter White Sale fares when purchased via Frontier's Web site at http://www.frontierairlines.com . Tickets purchased from Frontier's Web site must be paid for with a major credit card at the time the reservation is made. The credit card used for payment must be presented by the cardholder upon the
first point of airport check-in.

Sale fares listed are based on a 21-day advance purchase for off-peak travel (Tuesday and Wednesday). Fares are slightly higher on other days. Tickets must be purchased by midnight (EST) on Dec. 19, 2001 for travel from Jan. 3, 2002 through midnight (MDT) on May 22, 2002. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates. Once purchased, these fares are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be reissued for a $60 change fee plus any applicable difference in fare. Previously purchased tickets may not be exchanged for these special fare tickets. Up to $18 in round-trip passenger facilities fees and $3 in segment taxes also apply. A segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing. Prices subject to change and other restrictions may apply.
Service to New Orleans begins on Feb. 1, 2002, to San Jose on Feb. 17, 2002, and Fort Lauderdale and Sacramento on Feb. 26, 2002. Frontier JetExpress, operated by Mesa Air Group, provides service to San Jose. Frontier Airlines and Frontier JetExpress both operate flights to Houston.
Additional sample fares in markets across the country include: Minneapolis - Las Vegas, $99; Baltimore - San Diego, $139; San Francisco - Chicago/Midway, $109; Dallas/Fort Worth - Seattle, $109; Atlanta - Los Angeles, $129 and Portland - Houston, $109. These fares also reflect prices for each way and require a round-trip purchase.
