Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air Launch Fall Cleanup Sale
SEATTLE, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air have announced a "Fall Cleanup Sale" with some of the lowest fares of the year to most all Alaska and Horizon destinations in the continental United States, Alaska, Canada and Mexico.
Additionally, you can save $10 on these, and other published fares, by booking your tickets using your MyAlaskaAir account online at alaskaair.com. Obtaining a MyAlaskaAir account is easy and free. Just log onto alaskaair.com.
Fares start as low as $39 each way between Los Angeles and Reno, $69 each way between Seattle or Portland and San Jose and $79 each way between Seattle and Chicago. Or you can fly from Los Angeles to Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta or Mazatlan for as low as $99 each way. Fares are each way and require roundtrip
purchase.

fees charged on a per person basis:
-Airport passenger facility charges of up to $18, depending on
itinerary.
-Federal segment tax of $3.10 per segment, for take-off and landing.
-September 11th security fee of $2.50 per enplanement, or a maximum of
$10.
-- Additionally to Canada: U.S. user immigration fee of $7 from Canada.
Canadian airport improvement fee (varies by airport) from Canada.
Canadian security fee of $9 from Canada. Canadian goods and services
tax of up to $2 from Canada. For itineraries originating in Canada,
fares can fluctuate with bank exchange rates at time of purchase.
-- Additionally to Mexico: U.S. immigration user fee of $7, Mexico
international departure tax of up to $25, U.S. Transportation tax of
$28, Mexico tourism tax of $20 (fluctuates with the exchange rate) and
