For each adult on the reservation, you will qualify for a 50% rebate on one child’s flight. Children are defined as ages 12 and under at time of purchase; airfare must be booked in Bulk Economy/H class.
Complete the Kids' Airfare Rebate form below and send it in to United Vacations within 30 days of your return. Rebates will be issued in the form of your original payment method (credit card or check) approximately 4 – 6 weeks after the rebate form been received by United Vacations.
