The World's Largest Cruise Agency Announces Two Unprecedented Money-Back Guarantees

Completely confident in the high quality of today's cruise ships and the abilities of its cruise counselors to recommend and book the right cruise product at the best price, Travel Services International (TSI), the world's largest retailer of cruises, is offering the industry's first double guarantee to vacationers who book cruises through its retail units.

TSI units Cruises Only, CruiseMasters, The Cruise Line Inc., CruiseOne, Cruises Inc. and mytravelco.com are extending Satisfaction and Best Price Guarantees on cruises purchased from January 1 through March 31, 2001 -- known as "wave period," traditionally the busiest cruise-booking season of the year. According to John Bloodworth, president of the Cruise Division of TSI: "These Guarantees will differentiate our cruises from other vacations and will demonstrate our leadership position in the marketplace. With the most knowledgeable sales counselors in the business, cutting edge technology and the solid financial strength to back these guarantees, we believe our past and future clients will choose to book with one of our cruise agencies. These programs represent the best Guarantee a client will never have to use.

"More people than ever are taking cruise vacations," says Bloodworth, "because they've discovered cruising is a hassle free, value-packed vacation that offers something for everyone. Whether you choose a luxury cruise vacation on a smaller, intimate ship or a fun-filled adventure on a floating resort-style vessel, you can expect to be pampered like no other vacation. Cruising receives higher satisfaction marks than any other type of leisure travel, according to industry research, although only 10 percent of the traveling public has taken a cruise."

TSI has also launched the phone number 1-800-CRUISES for all of its call centers nationwide. Says Walker, "We want a phone number that, like our Guarantee programs, is unforgettable!"
