Single Parent Promotion at All-Inclusive Velas Resorts
Parents get a break this summer at Mexico's Velas Resorts. From June 1 through August 31, 2010, the luxury all-inclusive Velas Resorts at three top Mexican beach destinations are waiving the single supplement fee for single parents traveling with their children. Two children 12 and under stay and eat free when occupying the room with the parent at the resorts in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit and kids and teens 16 and under stay and eat free at the Riviera Maya resort. All-inclusive rates range from $190 per night at Velas Vallarta Suite Resort in Puerto Vallarta to $394 at Grand Velas Riviera Maya and $425 at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.
The Velas Resorts’ all-inclusive rates include suite accommodations, a la carte gourmet meals at a choice of specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, fitness center, kids’ club, evening entertainment, activities for adults and children, taxes and gratuities, and more. A guided seven-part hydrotherapy circuit at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit spa is also part of the promotion. Minimum night and other restrictions apply depending on the resort.
All resorts feature a free kids club for children ages 4-12 with activities such as planting trees and flowers, learning about the environment, beading in the style of the Huichol Indians and baking with the pastry chef. Kids can also enjoy water sports such as sea kayaking, water polo and snorkeling. While the kids are enjoying the activities at their club, adults can enjoy being pampered at the spa. Two of the resorts' spas have been named as members of Leading Spas of the World.
