Fun Family Packages at Sanibel Harbor Resort
Families looking for a summer or fall beach getaway that offers fun on land and water can find it all at Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa. Luxury accommodations, snorkeling and shelling cruises, breakfast each day and more are included in the Family Fun Package. Alternatively, families can set their own agenda with the resort's Vacation Your Way Package.
The resort's Family Fun Package includes three nights of hotel accommodations, a Sea Life Encounter Excursion cruise with Adventures in Paradise, breakfast for four daily and exclusive guest benefits. Rates begin at $103 per adult, per night, through Oct. 15, 2006. The package is subject to availability and based on a minimum three-night stay. Rates are based on occupancy for a family of four, two adults and two children ages 12 and under, and is not available for groups. Rates may vary based on day of week and do not include room tax (currently 11 percent).
The resort's Vacation Your Way Package offers a chance to select your personal choices from the resort's many dining, recreation and spa amenities. Package includes two nights of hotel accommodations and a $100 resort credit to be applied to the visit. Rates begin at $189 per night through Oct. 15, 2006. The package is subject to availability and based on a minimum two-night stay, double occupancy. Rates may vary based on day of the week and do not include room tax (currently 11 percent) or a $15 per night Exclusive benefits Fee. Package is not available for groups.
Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa is an excellent choice for late summer and fall family beach vacations. The fun never stops with summer dive-in poolside movies, swimming in the resort's six pools, kayaking, tennis, golf, fishing and boat rentals. Eco-cruises are available to nearby barrier islands. Fun for Kids
Sanibel Harbour Resort's award-winning Kids' Klub provides fun-filled adventures each day for kids from ages 5 to 12. The program runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Sunday and includes lunch. Cost is $48 and includes a Kids' Klub backpack, t-shirt and prizes. The evening program runs from 6 until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and includes a pizza party. Cost is $35. Packed with adventures and lots of pool activities, the program features a different theme each day with programs from educational to the ridiculous each half hour.
In addition to Kids' Klub, Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa is filled with more activities for kids and teens. A basketball court is located at the tennis courts. The nearby Court's Game Gallery includes games and other fun activities for kids and teens. Kids' Tennis Clinic is held daily from 11 to 11:30 a.m. for ages 4 to 7 and from 11:30 a.m. to noon for ages 8 to 12. Use of a children's racquet is included in the $10 fee.
Pampering and Activities for Parents
With the kids occupied, parents are free to enjoy an energetic paddle through the mangroves or just relax by the pool or on the beach. The resort's award-winning, 40,000-square-foot spa is fully equipped to deliver a dose of pampering with services for men and women. Parents can book a round of golf on a nearby championship course, work out in the fitness center, or take a sunset cruise.
