NORTHWEST REWARDS TRAVELERS WITH NEW '1-2-3 FREE' PROMOTION
Travelers Earn a Free Trip After Taking Just Three Flights Between Now And October 7; Offer Is Another Example of How Northwest Provides Its Customers With a Better Travel Experience
Northwest Airlines launched its "1-2-3 Free" promotion, rewarding travelers for their loyalty, and increasing awareness of the many conveniences that Northwest offers its customers.
Between now and October 7, 2003, Northwest customers can earn a free ticket in the contiguous 48 United States after flying just three round trips on select fare types to any of Northwest's destinations worldwide. Travelers can earn a total of two free trips during the promotion. Northwest's 1-2-3 Free award tickets can be redeemed between September 2, 2003, and December 31, 2004. Certain blackout dates apply.
"From more self-service check-in options in more cities than any other airline to convenient schedules and efficient hub facilities, Northwest is an airline that is easy for travelers to do business with," said Beth Shultis, vice president of marketing and loyalty programs. "Our 1-2-3 Free promotion will provide customers with a valuable reward for their loyalty and allow new customers to be introduced to Northwest."
Advance registration in the 1-2-3 Free promotion is required by September 30, 2003, through http://www.nwa.com/promo/123free . Membership in Northwest's WorldPerks frequent flyer program is also required, and instant enrollment can be completed online at http://www.nwa.com. The 1-2-3 Free promotion is available to WorldPerks members with a mailing address in the 48 U.S. or Canada. To qualify, tickets must be booked in the P, F, C, J, Z, Y, B, H, M, Q and S fare booking codes. Participants in the 1-2-3 Free promotion can earn a maximum of two tickets. Northwest's 1-2-3 Free promotion is valid for worldwide travel on Northwest, Northwest Airlink as well as KLM trans-Atlantic flights. Qualifying travel must be completed by October 7, 2003.
