Free Tank of Gas Included in 'Great American Road Trip' To Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone This Summer
VAIL, Colo., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- With gasoline prices expected to be slightly higher this summer, Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN) is making it even easier for guests to visit its four Colorado mountain resorts with the "Great American Road Trip." The "Great American Road Trip" package includes a free
tank of gas, discounted lodging rates at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone, and a host of other road-trip amenities.
When a guest purchases a Great American Road Trip package, they will receive a $25 American Express Stored Value Card. The card can be used towards the purchase of gasoline at any station in the United States that accepts the American Express card.

Given the current economic climate and gasoline prices, we wanted to make our Colorado mountain resorts even more attractive for a summer vacation by helping out families," said

Guests also can take advantage of a variety of different lodging offers at all four resorts. The following per-night rates are being offered as part of this package and are valid now through September 14, 2003. Three-night minimum stays are required and the rates are subject to availability.

a standard room.
-- The Village at Breckenridge: $81 on weekdays and $88 on weekends for
a standard room.

-- Mountain Thunder Lodge: $156 on weekdays and $178 on weekends for a one-bedroom condominium; $187 on weekdays and $214 on weekends for a two-bedroom condominium.
Keystone
-- Inn at Keystone: $84 on weekdays and $94 on weekends for a standard
room.
-- Keystone Lodge, a RockResort luxury hotel: $104 on weekdays and
$114 on weekends for a lodge room.

Vail

a standard room.

Beaver Creek
-- The Pines Lodge, a RockResort luxury hotel: $139 on both weekdays and
weekends.
-- Inn at Beaver Creek: $149 on both weekdays and weekends, full gourmet
breakfast included.

Guests will receive the following: A $3 Starbucks card, valid at any Starbucks in the United States; a complimentary Sprint card for 20-minutes worth of long distance calling, a coupon for a complimentary 20-ounce or 1-liter bottle of Pepsi, Code Red or another Pepsi product; and $25 off a weekly Hertz rental on economy- to premium-class automobiles. The offers associated with this package will be
fulfilled with confirmation letters for all lodging properties except the Lodge at Vail and Vail Mountain Marriott Resort. At those two properties, the offers will be fulfilled upon check-in.
