Buy A Day, Get the Year Free Aboard The Queen Mary

Offer Valid Through Labor Day

LONG BEACH, Calif., July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The Queen Mary in Long Beach announced its "Buy a Day, Get a Year Free" promotion, valid now through Labor Day, 2003. Guests who purchase a full-price general admission ticket receive a Queen Mary Annual Pass, which entitles the pass holder to unlimited visits aboard the legendary ocean liner.

With the new Annual Pass, guests can come on board anytime for free to stroll the decks, enjoy a cocktail in the Art Deco Observation Bar, shop in a variety of stores, dine in one of three restaurants, hunt for ghosts or just enjoy the ambience of a bygone era. The general admission ticket includes a self-guided ship walk tour that takes guests from stem to stern, including historical Exhibits, the Engine Room, Wheel House, Isolation Ward, Officers Quarters, Wireless Room and more. The special-effects Ghosts & Legends of the Queen Mary show is also included. The three on-board restaurants, including Promenade Cafe, Chelsea and Sir Winston's remain open until 10 p.m. The Art Deco Observation Bar is open nightly.

General admission is $24.95 for adults and $12.95 for children ages 5-11. Offer not valid for separate, ticketed events. Guests must show a photo I.D. on each visit and the Annual Pass is non-transferable.

Additional tours are available for $5, and include a Behind The Scenes Guided Tour, World War II Guided Tour or the Engine Room Tour ($8.00), offered during the summer only. Admission to the Russian Submarine, Scorpion is available for $10.

The Queen Mary offers a variety of dining options for the whole family to enjoy, ranging from three award-winning restaurants to fast food and bakery outlets.
