Universal Orlando Offers New Weather Cancellation Policy

Worrying about severe weather conditions can be minimized for guests planning their vacations to Universal Orlando. Earlier this week Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations implemented a new severe weather cancellation policy called "No Questions Asked."

The policy allows guests to cancel or reschedule their vacation in the event that any active named storm may affect their travel. Guests choosing to cancel will be issued a complete refund - "No Questions Asked."

Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations will assist guests in rescheduling their vacation or issue a complete refund to guests unable to travel to Orlando for their booked vacation due to an active named storm. The "No Questions Asked" policy was created to relieve guests of unnecessary stress when planning their vacation and is in effect through Nov. 30, 2006. The policy applies to any vacation booked through Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations including the three on-site hotels - the Hard Rock Hotel, the Royal Pacific Resort and the Portofino Bay Hotel - in addition to all Universal Orlando partner hotels.

In order to be eligible for the policy conditions, guest reservations must be booked through Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations a minimum of seven days in advance and canceled before 6 p.m. the day prior to arrival.

For more information and complete details on this new policy, call Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations at 1-877-801-9720.
