"Nickelodeon Your Stay" At Nearly 2,000 Marriott Hotels
Do your kids love SpongeBob SquarePants and Nick.com? If so, there might be a Marriott hotel stay in your future. Marriott and Nickelodeon have now joined forces to introduce the "Nickelodeon Your Stay" promotion at almost 2,000 participating hotels and resorts across seven Marriott brands.
The "Nickelodeon Your Stay" promotion runs from July 1 to December 26, 2010 at nearly 2,000 Marriott locations. The program is available at JW Marriott, Marriott, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Residence Inn, Springhill Suites and TownPlace Suites. During this promotional period, kids staying at participating Marriott locations offering this program will receive a free bracelet providing a website address for an exclusive online SpongeBob SquarePants branded game on Nick.com; a book chock-filled with activities; and Nickelodeon activity placemats during meal times.
In addition, parents can upgrade their family's travel experience by booking a "Nickelodeon Your Stay" package. At Courtyard, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Residence Inn, TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites hotels, the items ($10 if purchased at the front desk) include a SpongeBob SquarePants activity bag, a brightly colored splash ball, Nickelodeon sun glasses and a 3-D "build your own SpongeBob" craft. At Marriott and JW Marriott hotels, the "Nickelodeon Your Stay" items ($20 if purchased at the front desk) will feature the previously mentioned SpongeBob SquarePants-branded items plus a special turndown service that includes a SpongeBob pillowcase (which will probably be treasured "4EVR") and a travel-themed SpongeBob storybook.
Last year, Marriott and Nickelodeon introduced "Nickelodeon Getaways" currently available at a number of Marriott Family Resorts. These multi-day programs are designed to bring families together and include live shows, arts and crafts, character breakfasts, dive-in movies and the famous and fabulous Nick sliming.
