The inn and golf course are set in the fields of this farming community, which originally belonged to the innkeeper's grandfather. Today it is furnished to compliment the quiet country setting outside. There are two bay-window seats and stone fireplace in the lobby.
Activities include: bicycle rentals, trail planning and guides (the scenery is lovely and the only traffic you'll encounter is grazing cows and horses or a fisherman by the stream), hot tub, golf course and tennis courts. Nearby: downtown Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Snacks are served on the back porch. Fast food is available in the golf clubhouse and the Ye Olde Steak House is in an old log building down the road. Their steak is about the best you've ever tasted according to the innkeeper
