Osceola Mill was a working gristmill until 1969, with Flavo self-rising stone-ground flour among its products. The inn is furnished with Victorian and country reproductions. In several of the rooms are crafts made by local women.
Activities include: game room with special inn toys, music room with piano, organ, and guitar, VCR, hiking, bicycling, pool and swing set. Nearby: antiquing, Skyline Drive, Lexington, Staunton, and Wintergreen.
Meals are served family style around large oak tables in the dining room. Two seatings include an early hour for families with children. There are outdoor grills on the wooden deck where meals are prepared. The food was delicious especially the desserts.
