This is a family-owned and family-centered western dude ranch for the cowboy or cowgirl in all of us. Located in the Hill Country about 50 miles from San Antonio, this ranch offers its guests two rides each day - either through the hills or along the river. When you're not riding, you and your family can float down the Medina River in an inner tube, play tennis, swim in the pool, go fishing, learn to two-step, or just relax. Food is important here, and you'll get lots of it at cowboy breakfasts, cookouts, and Texas barbecues.
Accomodations include: Individual western native rock cottages of different sizes--some one, two and three bedroom units with one or two baths and TV. Rates for adults: $125 per day or $840 a week. A Mayan Lodge, Log Cabin, and Hitching Post sit atop our highest areas with a view of Bandera and the hills. One room with king-size bed and bath, TV, adjoined by one room with two double beds, bath and TV. Rates for adults: $120 per day or $805 a week. Children up to and including 12 years of age: Daily rates of $55 and $350 weekly. Children 13 years up to and including 17 years (accompanied by and adult): daily rates of $80 and $525 weekly.
The Mayan Dude Ranch is open all year.
