This 20,000 acre ranch resort northwest of Phoenix is one of Arizona's premiere family destinations. Aside from riding, you'll also have the choice of playing around of tennis or take in a lesson with the resident tennis pro, swim or play golf at their golf club which was rated in the Top 75 resort courses in the country by Golf Digest. Other activities include trap and skeet, hot air balloon rides, spa treatments and an onsite naturalist to take you on a hike to learn about the secrets of the desert. There are two guided rides offered daily, often ending with a cookout.
Children have their own kids' program with attentive counselors. The camp is geared for ages 5-12 and they are in a group setting from 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The counselors take children 8 and over trail riding daily (additional charge). Children under 8 enjoy rides in the corral. Other activities for kids include: swimming, crafts and hiking in the morning and their evenings are filled with games as well as being accompanied to all three meals. They also offer babysitting services, if needed. Fees vary.

Rancho de los Caballeros is an American Plan Guest Ranch. Rates include three meals daily per person and use of the ranch facilities. Children under 5 stay FREE when staying in a room with two adults. Rates start at $309/per person, double occupancy per night. $85/night additional person. Golf and riding packages are available. Turn down service is provided daily, free of charge.
