Resort Overview: Steamboat's Kids Ski Free program enables children 12 years of age and under to ski free the same number of days as their parents. One child may be accommodated per paying parent under this program. Parents must purchase a 5-or-more-day lift ticket and stay a minimum of 5 nights at a participating Steamboat Chamber Resort Association member property. A discounted Teen Ticket is also available for 13-18 year olds. The Kids Vacation Center at Steamboat provides child care for those 6 months through 6 years. An extensive ski school program and Kids' Adventure Clubs every Tuesday through Saturday evenings through March for 2 1/2 through 12 year olds make this a great family destination. If that's not enough, there are three lifts reserved for kids learning to ski, and more accomplished kid skiers can play on the Wild West ski playground located up on the mountain at Rough Rider Basin.

What's New This Year: Steamboat offers some great new fun to watch for this winter starting with Dinner Theatre at the Bear River Bar & Grill every Friday and Saturday nights beginning on December 22nd. Stay tuned!

The Bear River will feature a new, huge apres ski deck, which will be the place to be seen this winter!

Also Comedy Club returns to Stoker Bar on Friday and Saturday nights. This is one you won't want to miss.

Get out on the mountain early this season with our new First Tracks Program.
